The overall goal of this online tutorial is to help practicing nurses and nursing students deal with and reduce conflict. This online tutorial is intended for students and practitioners of the nursing profession who wish to improve their abilities to deal with and reduce conflict.

The tutorial is divided into six modules. The first five modules are instructional units. The final module is a test bank.
