Quick fixes

  • Sign out and back in to EDGT.
  • Use a current browser (Chrome, Edge, Safari, or Firefox) and update it.
  • Clear cached files & cookies for edgt.com, then reload.
  • Allow cookies and pop-ups for edgt.com.
  • Disable ad-blockers/privacy extensions for our site while testing.
  • If on a campus network or VPN, ask IT to allow *.edgt.com.

Is EDGT access a one-time purchase or a subscription?
Institutional access is issued for one year and can be renewed. Multi-year renewals are available.
What payment types do you accept?
Purchase orders, credit cards, or invoicing by check.
How many users can our institution have?
There’s no hard limit on the instructor/student count for an institution.
Can students use EDGT from home or the library?
Yes—any device with internet access can use EDGT, including home and on-campus computers.
What’s the difference between Instructor-Access-Keys and Student-Access-Keys?
Instructor keys are used by instructors to set up their accounts. Student keys are issued by instructors and link students to their classes.
